Deposits


We require a 25% deposit to secure a charter.  You are not considered as booked until the 25% deposit is received.

Final Payment

The balance of payment is payable 2 weeks prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. 

If a trip is cancelled due to the weather as determined by the Skipper or owners of BWA, and the trip cannot be re-scheduled to a near available date that works for you, then 75% of the trip cost is refunded and the deposit amount can be applied to a future booking that you make.

In the case of unforeseen or genuine extenuating circumstances necessitating the cancellation of an organized trip occurring greater than 2 weeks prior to departure, BWA will work with the client to re-schedule the trip.  If the trip can't be re-scheduled, BWA reserves the right to not refund the deposit, but will wherever possible be very reasonable regarding this.

In the case of unforeseen or genuine extenuating circumstances necessitating the cancellation of an organized trip occurring less than 2 weeks prior to departure, 75% of the trip cost will be refunded.

Whilst our cancellation policy is one of the most flexible in the industry, we required that all of our guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.   Feel free to contact us for recommendations regarding insurance providers and policies.
